About 25 families --170 people-- live in Imi, and I've had to leave a lot of them out. On the other hand, I took pictures of everyone in the community, compiled them into an album (or two, actually), and presented them to the community as a whole as kind of a parting gesture of thanks. (I also gave each family copies of their individual pictures: I was amazed to learn how few of them had ever seen pictures of themselves before.) This isn't an award-winning photograph, but I like it because I caught Anibal, Reina, and Nestor admiring themselves.
